Darren the firefighter, By Chen Han

Darren Markham is a volunteer firefighter so that means he doesn't get paid.

Darren is good at putting out fires. He put out fires in different  ways like shutting the door, using foam
or using water.

Darren is a volunteer firefighter so that means he doesn't get paid.  If Darren was on a family picnic and  the siren rang,  Darren would  go and do his job quickly so firefighting takes over family time.  Darren has to train. Darren trains in Goodwalk Park.  They run with hoses and they practice with fires to get better at firefighting.  They have pumps just in case they run out of water.

My swimming goals are to hold my breath for 20 seconds, breathe at the right time, kick faster with straight legs.
My reading goals are reading bigger words.
My writing goal is using punctuation.
My maths goal is reading bigger numbers.

Ambulance, by Macey

Tim is a  St Johns ambulance driver.

Tim  looks after people that need help like if they are sick or hurt.

Tim is a nice man because he looks after people that are hurt.

In the ambulance he sometimes looks after people but mostly he drives the ambulance.

Tim likes his job because he like helping people and he likes driving the ambulance track.

Tim picked a good job because he takes people to hospital. 

Police Station by Louis, Robin and Senloli

Senior Sergeant Grant Andrews works at the Motueka police station and he is the captain of the Motueka police station. Senior Sergeant is the best policeman ever.
